Fri.- Finish videos and discuss vocabulary; Ideal home design discussion, look over project ideas and discuss

Monday- Finish Video "Teen Files; Surviving High School"; discussed issues
Tuesday- Review an article from Choices to share with class
Wed.- Share article review with class
Thurs.- Video "In the Mix: Depression" write 10 sentences about depression
Fri.- Video "Stress", do worksheet and discuss

Consumer Foods:
Monday: Review course syllabus, Chapter 25- Cooking Methods- Do questions
Tuesday- Crazy Cake- quick and easy method- bake
Wed.- Whip cream and serve cake
Thurs.- Chapter 28- Fruits, Do questions
Fri.- Correct Chapter 28 questions, Plan fruit lab

Food Science:
Monday- Finish chocolate chip cookie experiment data sheet and hand in, watch Nutrition Careers Video; list careers mentioned in video
Tuesday- Chapter 2- Careers in Food Science- read and answer questions at end of chapter
Wed.- Chapter 3- Being successful in Food Industry Careers- read and discuss- do questions
Thurs.- Chapter 12 "The Beverage Industry" read and do worksheet
Fri.- Beverage experiment- try different flavors or fruit juice
