Teen Issues:
Monday- Start planning projects; select topic, discuss interviews and surveys.
Tuesday- Work on, review and discuss interviews and surveys.
Wed.- To computer lab to type out interviews and surveys
Thursday- Corrections on interviews and surveys, assemble to distribute surveys.
Friday- Start research of chosen topic.

Consumer Foods:
Monday: Look through cake decorating ideas, create a plan.
Tuesday- Make Popcorn lab.
Wed.- Bake cakes, prepare surface for cake, freeze cake.
Thursday-Mix frosting, make decorating bags, practice on waxed paper.
Friday- Practice stars and shells on graham crackers.

Food Science:
Monday- Chapter 13 worksheet- Meats
Tuesday- Finish Chapter 13 worksheet
Wednesday- Correct Chapter 13 worksheet, prepare Tough to Tender experiment.
Thursday- Tough to Tender experiment
Friday- "Foods Inc." video and worksheet

FCS 8:
Monday- Grade for food charts. fill in 2 school days and 2 non-school days; DUE.
Video "Fun's in the Filling", plan lab. Intro to Nutrition Analysis project on www.mypyramid.gov website.
Tuesday- Computer lab- enter all foods eaten for each day.
Wed.- Computer lab- print reports
Thursday- Fruit Quesadille lab, beverage of choice
Friday- Video "Your Nutrition Style", do worksheet and discuss.
