Interior Design:
Monday- Friday-Chapter assignments of each students' choice

Teen Issues:
Monday- To computer lab. Finish project.
Tuesday- Draw for order of presentations. Work on details; report, works cited, powerpoint.
Wed.- Work on details; report, works cited, powerpoint.
Thursday- Presentations to class. Take notes for final test.
Friday- Presentations to class.

Consumer Foods:
Monday- Correct Chapter 39 & 41.
Tuesday- Prepare soups and salads; each kitchen makes a soup and salad to share.
Wed.- Warm, serve and eat soups and salads.
Thursday- Make egg rolls and wontons
Friday- Chapter 40- Stir Fries & Casseroles

Food Science:
Monday- Finish Chapter 18 worksheet
Tuesday-Plan experiment of new food ideas; each individual has an idea; group selects one and makes plans.
Wednesday- Experiment with recipe ideas for new food item.
Thursday- Present and sample each new food item.
Friday- Present and sample each new food item.

FCS 8:
Monday- Finish worksheet for Chapters 5-6
Tuesday- Correct worksheet; do Crowded Bed Activity
Wed.- Read and discuss chapter 7
Thursday- Deadly Desires video and worksheet
Friday- Activity Day
