Textiles:
Tuesday- Survey- look at pictures of what other students have done.
Wednesday- Word banner- trace letters for applique
Thursday- Cut-iron onto background
Friday- Demonstrate primitive stitch

Child Development:
Tuesday- Survey- discuss expectations. Read Chapter 1 together.
Wednesday- Chapter 1 worksheet, Occupational interests, Thinking About Children
Thursday- Development Characteristics- do worksheet
Friday- Theorists- discuss- select a theorist to research

Creative Foods:
Tuesday-Class survey- view pictures of creative uses of food
Wednesday- 5 Minute Chocolate Mug Cake- plan fruit cake roll- fruits to try
Thursday- Bake fruit cake roll- remove from pan, roll into towl
Friday- Garnish and serve fruit cake roll. "Beauty & the Feast" video and worksheet.

Independent Living:
Tuesday- Intro to class, Discuss LifeSmarts, play a game
Wednesday- Paycheck powerpoint and worksheet
Thursday- Job Applications, Find 1 online- print 2 copies and fill it out
Friday- Collect applications, to computer lab to start resumes and play LifeSmarts

FCS 7:
Tuesday- Introduction to FCS, list 6 areas of FCS and discuss, tour of room
Wed.- Handwashing video and Glo germ handwashing activity.
Thursday- Kitchen Fundamentals video and worksheet
Friday-Nutrients Sources and Functions worksheet
