Interior Design
Monday- Share rest of You Tube videos and pictures of use of ceramic tile.
Tuesday-Read together Chapter 5 about Elements of Design- continue doing worksheet
Wednesday--Read end of Chapter 5 together and complete worksheet.  Hand in
Thursday-  Worksheet and video "Furniture Styles"
Friday-  Continue watching video "House Beautiful: Confidence in Decorating"  Write interior design related words- at least 25 words or phrases that describe principles and elements of design.

Teen Issues
Monday- Worksheet and video "What if Meth?"
Tuesday- Worksheet and video "Ruined Lives: Meth"
Wednesday-Worksheet and video "Ecstasy"
Thursday- Worksheet and video "Smoke Signals"
Friday- Worksheet and video "Teen Smoking"

Consumer Foods
Monday- "Choose My Plate" video and worksheet,  Plan for cake decorating
Tuesday- Bake cakes, prepare surfaces, remove cakes from pans.
Wednesday- Mix frosting, practice stars and shells on graham crackers.  Mix more frosting.
Thursday- Frost frozen cake
Friday- Decorate cakes- take pictures of finished product.

Food Science
Monday- Finish "Food Inc." and discuss worksheet
 Tuesday- Correct Chapter 11 worksheet- Food Sanitation.
Wednesday- Finish Food Inc. worksheet and collect papers. Plan food sanitation experiment.
Thursday-  Contaminate and label jello for bacteria experiment.  Read Chapter 12- Beverage Industry-
Friday- Do Chapter 12 worksheet- due Monday.

FCS 8
Monday- Instruction on grading pj pants. finish sewing.
Tuesday- Final day to sew pj pants.
Wednesday- Correct Chapter 5-6 worksheet, Read Chapter 7 together and discuss
Thursday- Crowded Bed Activity.  Read Chapter 8.
Friday-Worksheet and video "Sex and STD's"
