Monday- -Friday-  Individual projects

Teen Issues
Monday-Worksheet and video "What it Means to be a Dad"
Tuesday- Worksheet and video "Teen Pregnancy"
Wednesday- Select topic to research and discuss expectations.  Demonstrate Google-free Research
Thursday-  Go over timeline for project.  Show samples of brochures, displays and powerpoint presentations.
Friday-  Do research on iPad.  Discuss how to proceed with iPads, media center use, and computer lab use.

Consumer Foods
Monday- Correct Chapter 25- questions and workbook p. 125-126
Tuesday-  Plan stir-fry recipes;  Bulgogi, Mandarine Pork, Cashew Chicken, etc.
Wednesday- Cut foods to prepare for stir-fry
Thursday- Stir Fry buffet
Friday- Read Chapter 28 and do questions

Monday- Worksheets for Chapter 14- Cereals-
