Textiles:
Monday- Machine quilt borders- stitch in the ditch. Sew opening shut by hand.
Tuesday- Log Cabin block- demonstrate cutting with rotary cutter.
Wednesday- Demonstrate sewing log cabin block
Thursday- Log Cabin block
Friday- Log Cabin block

Child Development:
Monday- Video and worksheet about Theorist
Tuesday- Share information about theorists, take notes
Wednesday- Share information about theorists, take notes
Thursday- Parent practice articles from text; share and take notes
Friday- Baby Borrowers- episode 1

Creative Foods:
Monday-Garnish video, watch and take notes on food and design created
Tuesday-Practice food garnishes
Wednesday- Napkin folding- practice
Thursday- Garnish video; Make orange basket
Friday- Make Fan Biscuits, fruit salad served in orange basket, serve using folded napkin

Independent Living:
Monday- Review and discuss applications looking at differences and difficulties, discuss details requested. Rank for who would get the interview.
Tuesday- Work on resumes using worksheet ideas.
Wednesday- Type out resume; due tomorrow
Thursday- Paycheck powerpoint and worksheet
Friday- Play LifeSmarts classroom style

FCS 7:
Monday- Plan for Snack Pizzas, lab plans, scavenger hunt
Tuesday- Snack Pizza and Orange Julius lab
Wed.- Nutrients Sources and Functions worksheet
Thursday- Find pictures for nutrients booklet
