Fashion Design:
Monday-Work on applique on 4 Patch and learn primitive stitch
Tuesday- Read Chapter 11 together orally.
Wednesday- Chapter 11 questions and terms
Thursday- Demonstration on embroidery machine system. Continue working on applique
Friday- Watch "Stitch in Time" video 2nd tape, listing fashion terms while watching.

Independent Living:
Monday-Do "Master Your Future" bank account and reconciliation of a checking account.
Wednesday- Hand out worksheet for video "Careful with Credit", watch video and students should fill in answers as they watch. Collect papers
Thursday- Finish credit card and credit report of "Master Your Future" worksheet, discuss and fill in.
Friday- LifeSmarts online

Consumer Foods:
Monday- Plan for cake decorating; reminder to bring cake mix and bag of powdered sugar. Start video "Eating and Exercise".
Tuesday- Finish Eating and Exercise video. Collect papers. Watch video" The Great Food Fight", do worksheet and review answers.
Wednesday- Bake cakes, prepare cardboard surfaces
Thursday- Mix frosting, practice stars on graham crackers
Friday- Continue baking cakes and practicing stars.

Teen Issues:
Monday- Do article summaries from "Choices". Report to class, taking notes on each other's reports
Tuesday- Watch video "Smoke Signals"
Wednesday- Finish article summaries from "Choices". Report to class, taking notes on each other's reports
Thurs- Video "Teen Smoking" and do worksheet; discuss.
Friday- Video "Over the Counter Drug Abuse" and do worksheet; discuss.



FCS 8:
Monday- Discuss expectations of Nutrient report; go to media center for research
Tuesday- Go to media center for research.
Wed.- Continue research project; groups may sign out to media center
Thursday- Plan lab
Friday- Make Homemade Pizza and beverage
