Monday- Worksheet and video "Abusive Relationships"
Tuesday- Worksheet and video "Divorce and Stepfamilies"
Wednesday-Worksheet and video "What it Means to be a Dad"
Thursday- Worksheet and video "Teen Pregnancy"
Friday- Worksheet and video "Drunk Driving: Party's Over"

Consumer Foods
Monday- Read Chapter 25- Cooking Methods and do terms and questions
Tuesday-  Popcorn lab
Wednesday- Plan lab- Mix and raise buns
Thursday- Bake buns, make salad.
Friday- Pizza burgers or tuna burgers, eat with salad.

Food Science
Monday- Finish Chapter 13- plan jerky marinades.
Tuesday- Correct Chap 13.  Cut meat for jerky, add marinade
Wednesday- Put jerky in dehydrator, fill out data charts and determine questions
Thursday- Taste Jerky, fill out data charts.
Friday- Plan tough to tender lab- tenderizing meats.

FCS 8
Monday- Check food charts- worth 50 points.  Finish "Supersize Me" video- write results of experiment.
Tuesday- "Fun's in the Filling" video, plan lab
Wednesday- Fruit Quesadille and beverage of choice
Thursday- Choosemyplate.gov website to do diet analysis
Friday-  Go to computer lab to print out nutrient reports
