Tuesday- Plan sandwiches- bread and cooked ingredients
Wednesday- Prepare bread for sandwiches
Thursday-Make sandwiches and beverage
Friday- Plan baking for next week- cookie rotation

Monday- Bake soda-pop bread
Tuesday- Sample soda pop bread- fill in data chart. Plan Short Cakes experiment
Wednesday- Bake cakes for experiment
Thursday-Sample cakes and fill in data charts
Friday- Chapter 16- Food Service Industry

Monday- Nutrients report DUE; discuss expectations per grade sheet rubric. Start "Sew Simple Seams" video
Tuesday-Continue video and fill in worksheet
Wednesday- Cut out pants
Thursday- Thread machines, sew seams, demo on serger
