Monday: Chapter 16- The Food Service Industry. Plan your own experiment.
Tuesday: Correct Chapter 15 & 16. Plan individual experiments- 1 per kitchen
Wednesday: Prepare experiment foods
Thursday: Sample experiment foods
Friday: Share experiment procedure and data with class.

Creative Foods:
Monday: Collect Spanish worksheets and 3 recipes. Plan Spanish labs
Tuesday: Rommegrot
Wednesday: Spanish Food lab
Thursday: Spanish Food Lab
Friday: Plan foods for next week.

Teen Issues:
Monday: Continue working on report/posters
Tuesday: Rough draft of reports due.
Computer lab- write report; do powerpoint presentation/ work on displays
Wednesday- Friday: Continue working on report/posters. Points for rough draft of visuals.

FCS 7:
Monday: Pillowcases- serge, pin, sew.
Tuesday: Pillowcases
Wednesday: Do grade sheets for pillowcases
Thursday: Babysitting Video and worksheets
Friday: Discuss babysitting and do worksheets
